Christmas Concerts:

Sunday 11th December 3pm, St Gabriel’s Huyton. (Rehearsal 12.30pm
Saturday 17th December 7.30pm, St Stephen’s Gateacre. (Rehearsal ?pm)
Theme is “Joy to the World.” Christmas Carols and songs, traditional and contemporary to include Joy to the World, Jazz Gloria, In the Bleak Midwinter, The Angel’s Gloria and TWO World Premières, by Liverpool-based composers.
TWO
Rehearsals: 9th January – 27th March (inclusive, 12 weeks) plus social, date tbc
Concerts:

Saturday 25th March – 7.30pm (afternoon rehearsal)
Monday 27th March – 7.30pm (rehearsal before the concert)
Theme is “There’s A Place for Us.” Repertoire to include extracts from West Side Story – Bernstein; This is Me -Pasek/Paul; Beat of a Different Drum – Quartel and the Song of the Hebrew Slaves – Verdi.
THREE
Rehearsals: 17th and 24th April, 2nd May (Tuesday), 8th – 22nd May, 5th -19th June, (inclusive, 9 weeks); possible social 26th June
Concerts:

Saturday 17th June – 7.30pm (afternoon rehearsal).
Monday 19th June – 7.30pm (rehearsal just before concert)
Repertoire: “The Colours of Summer” to include: Over the Rainbow – Arlen; Like a Rainbow Shining -Todd; Calm and Deep Peace -Bullard; Now the Sun is Rising up – Hurden
(There MAYBE a Liverpool Light Night in mid-May)
